Thanks, guys.  But indeed, there are lots of things it cannot fix.  Some
things, indeed, cannot be programmatically fixed at all, simply because
there's no way to tell the difference between "this is a stale file left over
from a different message" and "this file is a correct file belonging to this
message", etc.  Other things could be handled by queue-repair, but aren't yet.

So yes, for serious corruption, starting with a clean queue is always a good
option.  Feel free to use queue-repair on the old, corrupt queue afterwards --
it can make recovering messages manually easier.
