I was skeptical at first, but I must say, it is working brilliantly.
Well, it seems that way at least, my inbox has become a little less
flooded with spam. I haven't had a chance to check my logs yet since then.

Works great for me, too. Even running _after_ qgreylist, over the last ~24 hours it's dropped ~700 rude connections.
