Wrong. Only one query is needed.

$ dnsqr a 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org.
1 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org:
92 bytes, 1+3+0+0 records, response, noerror
query: 1 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org
answer: 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org 252 A 127.0.0.2
answer: 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org 252 A 127.0.0.10
answer: 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org 252 A 127.0.0.4

Your "antispam" can't do A queries?
