Yes, I'm aware that rolling thy own is a solution to this, as is not
using SpamHaus. I'm merely pointing out that the policy of removing the
sbl-xbl RBL domain may have an impact opposite of what they would like
(namely, reduced DNS load) for people in the above situation who would
still like to use some aspect of their service.
