The remote MTA (normally Exim, in a brain-damaged configuration) is trying to
verify your envelope sender exists by connecting back to you (or your
advertised MX) and trying to inject a message to it.

That, for whatever reason, is failing.  You can either attempt to diagnose
that, with the help of the krudmart mail administrator, or you can try to
convince him to disable the stupid "smtp callback" he's using.
