Uh-oh.  That's not a good sign.

Some of the RBLs you're attempting to use don't even exist anymore; that alone
can introduce the delays you're seeing.

At this point, I'd recommend you read "Life with qmail" several times
start-to-finish, then go over your current installation with a fine-toothed
comb so that you understand what you've got installed, how it's configured,
and how it differs from a standard qmail installation.  In the process, you
might fix a few latent problems like the above.
