Although the delay appears to have been caused by dead RBLs instead of
any intentional delay, I thought I'd point out I just released
greetdelay-0.03, which treats GREETDELAY="" the same as if GREETDELAY
was not set.

It also responds to premature input with a ``554 smtp protocol
violation (#5.5.1)'' response.
