That's a good point - decent email service to all customers is indeed
essential. There are two entities to discuss: the residential or casual
business user who doesn't care about a static IP and the commercial user
who really needs a static IP and either can't buy one from the local ISP
(I assume that's you Charles) or gets a static mixed into an otherwise
dynamic range.
