Yeah, that's a different server I manage that I had to use
as an smtproute because if I go through my normal ISP I will get
blocked - I asked them if they had a smarthost and was told "no"
shortly after they responded "a WHAT host?".  Those are the
lakedalelink ones at the end of your list on 69.46.x.x.  I used to
have slightly better luck running my homeip.net mail server when I
was on Road Runner.  Not that I use it for much other than personal
email and mailing list posts.
