Nice assertion, but false.  Until six months ago, for instance, all my mail
originated from a "dynamic" address (that changed, on average, once every two
years), and none of it was spam.

And unless I'm much mistaken, Saskatoon is in North America.

And I'm hardly the only one in that situation.
