I just registered qmailpatches.org and am currently setting it up on my
dreamhost account.

I figure at a bare minimum an svn repository is required :) so I'll set
that up first.

Just to get something started y'know.

We should probably have some sort of 'council' to determine what patches
get in.. so we don't have 500 patches for the same thing (or maybe we
want that?) and who gets commit access and whatnot...

I'll get some sort of mailing list set up tonight and we can see if
there's any interest :)
