Qmail is free as in beer - not free as in freedom.

Prove it. If it is not free as in freedom then please tell me that you are not running a patched qmail.

DJB has very clearly said that you are free to do whatever you like with your copy of qmail. qmail is free as in freedom besides the sole restriction that copyright makes.

copyright does not give the owner the right to make any other restrictions/conditions that others are trying tie you up with.
