I vote all. Just in case someone goes down/AWOL. These things never hurt.

Once we've got the domain, we can do all manner of things. For starters:

* an index.html regularly pulled from del.icio.us/qmail.patch.repository

Mmm, as nice as it is, I'm sure we can do something a *little* cooler (and less generic) with some carefully crafted PHP and maybe a database. Meaning no insult to del.icio.us/qmail.patch.repository.

* an actual repository so patch changes can be tracked over time

Agreed.

* an RSS feed and notification-only list hooked up to the repository

Absolutely.

Does anyone agree, disagree, want to pitch in?

I'm in. Something that may be useful (as an alternative idea to the ./do script) is to look at the netfilter patch-o-matic script.
