"2:41:13 PM" is wrong, it should be "14:41:13". This date header
actually means "2:41 in the morning in the [non-existant] 'PM MST'" time
zone, which is sensibly interpreted as "2:41 GMT". (In addition to that,
"MST" is deprecated and should be "-0700".)
The culprit is whoever created the date header (probably your MUA).

Strange.
Yes, there's a 7-hour difference between 2:41 and 9:41 but that
would mean the mailers get the "PM" right but do the time zone math
wrong.
I'd expect them to show "7:41 p.m." on the day before. (Monday 2:41 GMT
is Sunday 19:41 MST/-0700.)

Well, it just displays the date header field as-is.
