        Ok, in fact, let's be clear that the original context
was "djb's license (for qmail) is not free as in freedom", and
we are talking about FSF concept of "free as in freedom", not
the Russel Nelson one.

        With that clear, yes, Debian Policy choose to be
compliant with FHS not with djb-FHS (or with Russel Nelson-FHS),
I don't think it represents a problem, it is an option (and note
that you are the one talking about problem), I was just talking
about the reason of why qmail is not in Debian's main archive.

        And finally, considering the Debian Free Software
Guidelines (DFSG), qmail would also be considered non-free, so
for now, we can agree to disagree, just don't deja-moo all the
time. :-)
