I know this could be hard, but what is a valid alternative? I asked for a better
way to do this job, but I don't receive feedback.
So, till someone is able to suggest a better solution, I cannot do differently,
even if it will be hard.

This is what a qmail toaster is, and toasters are already online (but they
don't let the user decide which patch he wants in a granular way), and I'm
trying to do something more than another toaster.
