Either way.  You can implement it in the MTA or the MUA.  If you
implement it in the MTA, you need to have a communication method (not
yet standardized) between the DomainKey-Status: header and the MUA.
Qmail, being an MTA, implements it in itself, but if you want to put
it into an MUA, go for it!
