Hi RafaelmI believe the destination host XX.XX.XX.XX is not responding in time with the SMTP 220 banner greeting. You can try telneting to port 25 of the offending IP when it happens; the port should be open but the 220 banner takes too long to return. Hope this helps. Cheers.
