big-ext-todo is actually a combination of 2 patches.  big-todo and
ext-todo.

I think I would be in the best position to know this.


big-todo is for filesystems that don't like having lots of files in one
directory.   ext-todo is for high injection rates.

generally people use big-todo if they use ext-todo, although you can use
big-todo without the ext-todo.

In this case, he definitely needs the ext-todo patch.

Are you trying to pick a fight? How can you say that when we have absolutely no information whatsoever on what filesystem he is using?
