The problem is that FDs 0,1,2 are not available. So the logging is done
via FD5, so you have to add a "5>&1" to the end of the command.
Due to a domain change (naming conflicts for "lamer" and "la mer") and a
ISP change the old pages are down that contained the information.
I'll see if I find some time over the weekend to put the qmail pages
up again.
