I set the concurrencyremote to 501 but "ps aux | grep qmail-remote -c" always shows values lower than 30. How about logs from qmail-send? They show us how many slots are configured and how many are actually used. What could be the problem ? Who knows...anyway, try using the beta qmhandle release to check the contents of your queue. (beta as in not everything i want done is ready)
