slow DNS on x64 system?

I have my latest server for DNS on a x64 hardware running ubuntu server.
the IP is 209.112.191.6 Seems it's not working to well and it's the same config 
as it was on the x386 server.

No errors showing in logs, etc. Just not responding well. Anyone running 
tinydns on x64 hardware?
