it is certainly not. I am running djbdns on LP64 architectures. it
doesn't work any better or worse than on regular boring ILP32 archs.



What OS are you using per chance? Is that the key? Thanks Henning.


Henning is an OpenBSD developer. He is actively engaged with the OpenBSD pf packet filter, and is one of the the main hackers of OpenBGPD (http://www.openbgpd.org) and OpenNTPD (http://www.openntpd.org)

So he likely is using OpenBSD ;)
