Henning is an OpenBSD developer. He is actively engaged with the OpenBSD 
pf packet filter, and is one of the the main hackers of OpenBGPD 
(http://www.openbgpd.org) and OpenNTPD (http://www.openntpd.org)
So he likely is using OpenBSD ;)
