Why haven't you read the official documentation? :)

http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/run-cache-x.html
"How to run an external cache for your network"

Also, what I liked is Matt Simerson's little document:

http://www.tnpi.biz/internet/dns/djbdns-freebsd.shtml

Any zones you resolve locally should be placed into
DNSCACHEROOT/root/servers

touch DNSCACHEROOT/root/servers/zone
echo IPSOFNAMESERVERS > DNSCACHEROOT/root/servers/zone

That's it.

cheers,
Rainer
