In article <20070315001818.772F8D7510C@mail.literati.org> you write:

Your complaints boil down to the fact that djbdns is abandonware,
written, released, and no longer maintained by the author. It's true.
So what? Do you want your money back?

If there were people who wanted to update djbdns, it would not be hard
to put together a package like netqmail that bundled the original
package and a set of patches. The fact that nobody's done so tells me
that djbdns still works well enough for a lot of us. If we want other
DNS software, we know where to find it, and we'd just as soon not get
any more ads for yours.

R's,
John
