They have IPs which are registered to ISP. They are using these IP for all servers and running websites from them. We have to find out what are the web sites running under each IP/server. The only data we have is the IP. Rev. DNS is pointing to ISP.

I am scanning a number of web server which contains web sites. But I did not find any web site by giving the IP itself as URL. How to find out the web sites running under one IP? Is there any tool available for the same?

Wat about looking for the dns records of the server ? Even named virtual hosts need to be findable. Unless they have a wilcard in the dns record by which any name .domain will be forwarded to the webserver.
