John from openwall has a decent starter list for free. You can order a cd with more words. Try google and searching for other lists. You can also write up a script to strip words out of documents and create your own. http://www.openwall.com/ --louis -----Original Message----- From: listbounce@securityfocus.com on behalf of Lay, Rob Sent: Sat 4/7/2007 5:45 AM To: pen-test@securityfocus.com Subject: FW: Password Cracking Word List Hi All, I'm pretty new to pen-testing and was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some pre-made work lists for use with password cracking utils?? Any ideas would be appreciated.
