I have no quantitative evidence at my hand, but I
know that Postfix is being widely used by *lots* of
Argentine sites, from personal servers to enterprises
of all kind.
Regarding ISPs, I know Postfix is being used as
the main MTA on at least two of Latin America's
biggest ISPs (perhaps the biggest one, in terms
of subscriptors) and widely deployed at what is probably
Argentina's biggest, again in terms of subscriptors.
I know this because I work for one of these sites, and
personaly worked with or know people inside these
outfits.
