The "ci" macro is not defined in the Sendmail documentation (up to
Sendmail 8.14). Perhaps the commercial milter requires a customized
sendmail.cf file that defines its own non-standard macros.
If someone can figure out what information the ci macro is supposed
to provide, then perhaps I can figure out a way to add site-specific
macros in Postfix.
